Our digestive and urinary systems process our food and body waste to keep our bodies nourished and functioning.  Poor diet and hygiene can compromise our digestive and urinary systems, leading to disease, and even death. Select either the digestive or urinary system, and research on the internet, the diet and or hygiene preventive care needed to maintain a health system. Then, in your own words, post a bullet list of preventative care tasks.
